The No Name Bar is certainly a hot spot and one of the coolest new places for a drink here in Bishkek. It was totally packed when we went there on a Friday night with overflow onto the sidewalk. There is some outside seating on a bench, steps, or wherever it's possible to find a spot. Inside was extremely smokey.
