"Central Asian Center of Plov" Cafe (Кафе "Среднеазиатский Центр Плова") is most famous for their plov of course. It's certainly suitable for the first post on this blog to feature Central Asia's signature dish. Stay tuned for more plov posts and at some point my favorite plov spot.
